Interview: Interviews are conducted on all prospective employees. The interview consists of gathering
information concerning:

Health and physical condition in relation to work limitations
·
Family Background
·
Educational Background
·
Prior Work History
·
Skills and Work Experience
·
Criminal Background
An interview summary is generated containing all pertinent information from the interview.

Drug Testing: All prospective employees undergo a comprehensive drug screening before they are placed
in any position.

Background Check: A background check is performed on each prospective employee before placement. Findings are discussed with each individual and taken into consideration.

Specific Testing: Some clients require specific testing for prospective employees to qualify for employment.

Safety Training: Each new employee is required to view a (25) minute safety video. The video covers general safety issues that all employees need to be familiar with to work in an industrial environment. They must also pass a safety quiz. The safety quiz is discussed after grading. Specific job requirements are also discussed, such as the need for safety shoes, glasses, etc.

Orientation: Orientation consists of the completion of all necessary paperwork. The orientation is also client specific. Information is discussed concerning the requirements and expectations of the client. Some clients also provide specific information to be used during the orientation.
